Software copyright registration is the legal basis for the maintenance of intellectual property rights, and it’s also an important measure to adapt to the development of digital copyright in the Internet environment and to realize the innovation of the service mode of copyright. Since the beginning of the operation of software copyright registration system, it has accumulated a large amount of data; the number of registered data storage exceeds a thousand every day. It’s important to the enterprise and the registration user to analysis the data.The multi-dimensional analysis technology and improved association relation algorithm Apriori were used on software copyright registration data nearly five years. To find out the trend of software copyright registration data and mining the hidden relationship, also it’s used to guide the software copyright registration enterprise perfect registration system, and make a decision. The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, I have used OLAP multidimensional analysis technology to analysis software copyright registration data. The results can be viewed from various dimensions, and the trend of registration in different combination dimensions can be viewed. I have designed a multidimensional Data-Warehouse for the software copyright registration information. Also I have developed professional ETL program for software copyright registration data. I have used Analysis-Service as the OLAP engine, to provide multi-dimensional analysis function.Secondly, I have found loyal customers from all users. The purpose is to facilitate the enterprise to adjust the service strategy of loyal customers. From the OLAP analysis results I have seen that there was obvious difference between two registration types. The number of registration by agent is two third of the total amount. This paper formulated different criteria for different appliers of the two types.Again, the improved Apriori algorithm is used on the software copyright registration data. Here I have used my owner ETL program to process software copyright registration data to keep consistent, then generalized some properties: soft-number, program-language, apply-type, legal-type, id-type, id-number, and used the improved Apriori algorithm to analyze the relationship of these data. Also I have put forward some reasonable suggestions to improve the software copyright registration.
