This system fully utilizes the existing internal LAN office platform based on Eclipse mars + Tomcat8.0 + Oracle11 g developer. As a solution, back-end business logic is realized by using MVC framework technology, using Ajax and query front page display, using html+css to build the front page. System realizes the material management, personnel management two big modules. At present, this system has been successfully deployed and formal operation, reduce the labor intensity of the workers, it improves the efficiency of the management, the information sharing among the departments and units.
