Today we live with the development of 4G network and the widespread of Wi-Fi, E-commerce gradually focus its business on mobile users. Especially for catering business, users require the quality for each order. From the respect of restaurants, the quality means the speed of dealing with requests by restaurants. From the users` view, the quality means this application could provide suitable dishes for me accurately. So we propose a recommendation algorithm for different users based on our Android application.This recommendation algorithm in our application is aimed to individual based on different users` preference. We study the evaluation about the index which users and restaurants focus on. Then we choose and assign the weight to these four indexes that is the time of dishes, the score of dishes, the time of browsing the dish and the level of dishes by restaurants.In this paper, we introduce the background and improvement in the mobile E-commerce. Through realizing our prototype Android application, we explain the technology such as My SQL, Eclipse and how to establish this application. At the same time, we analyze and implement the function which is certificating and logging, ordering online, scanning two-dimension code, looking up the location nearby, etc. These come down to the storage and schedule in this application. Our application will not only reduce the inter-communication between users and restaurants, but also satisfy the users demand. Both users and restaurants will get the perfect solution.
