SMPT-1000 is a digital simulation technology and the physical appearance of the simulation device combined with experimental training device which is set in one of a variety of functions. SMPT-1000 connected to the controller such as a variety of PLC,DCS or industrial control computers by AI/AO, DI/DO, Profibus, OPC and so on. At the same time, it can compose the scene with Siemens PCS7 stations, control stations, operating station three complete industrial control environments. In this paper, Siemens S7-400 PLC is used as controller, developed flow level control system, high-end heat control system and a continuous reaction process control system by the SMPT-1000 platform. The main contents are as follows:(1) According to the characteristics of training equipment SMPT-1000 hardware and software aspects, S7-400 PLC hardware was designed and the communication between the controller and the controlled object was achieved.(2) On the training device of SMPT-1000 platform, Siemens PCS7 software was used to develop the development of level flow control program, and Siemens Win CC software was used to finish the development level of traffic monitoring interface, Good experimental results are obtained.(3) On the training device of SMPT-1000 platform, Siemens PCS7 software was used to complete the development of high-end heat control program and developed monitoring interface high-end heat exchange system by Siemens Win CC software. Good experimental results are obtained.(4) A common continuous reaction process in the chemical industry is used as controlled objects, using cascade control method to complete the design of continuous reaction process control scheme. On the platform of training device SMPT-1000, Siemens Win CC and PCS7 software are used to complete the development of a continuous reaction process control and monitoring program interface. Good experimental results are obtained.This article uses a training device as control object to carry out the design and development of a plurality of control systems work based on the training device. The experiment results show that the developed control system has a good control effect, which can provided important reference value to the actual industrial process control systems.
