Based On The Pcs 7 And Mpce1000 Process Control System Design Techniques

Presently, as our country industry modernization's development, the ability requested is getting higher and higher to the process control system design talented person, and its number need is also getting bigger and bigger. However the university cannot satisfy the modern society' demand to the student beginning ability's raise and the project training .In order to solve the difficult problem, providing a training platform to the students majoring in automation so that the student can design some control system by themselves, my school set up "the industrial control systems synthesis training platform" as the undergraduate laboratory construction project. The process control system design technical training platform takes one part of it. Based on this the paper launches the research work.This thesis analysis the process control system design technical training platform, studies controlled object MPCE-1000 and the process control system PCS 7'applied technologies, including hardware module, the network module, the software part's control module as well as the monitoring module; It has also carried on the selective analysis to its programming language and the monitoring technology; studies the design of fuzzy controller, the design of PID controller, the design of system local monitor and remote monitoring, and utilizes these technologies trains in the platform, realizes the process control system design technology in PCS 7 and MPCE-1000 laboratory bench application.Based on substantial control system design step and the content, the writer designes and realizes batch reaction process control system.It does not only controls the object very well, also realized the OS' multi-screen monitoring and the remote monitoring. This design has achieved to the process control system design technology full understanding, and integrates it to the practical application, has served the anticipated purpose.
