| At present, the research ontraditional Chinese medical records has gradually entered the digital era, the methods, means and contents are continuouslyevolving. Application of modern science and technology tomedical records is an important part of TCM internationalization and modernization process.According to the specific needs of traditional Chinese medicine on medical records, based on project, the main contributions of this paper are as follow:First, put forward an information retrieval frameworks for medical records based on language model, and experiment with part of medical data. At present, the most common information retrieval framework is based on TF-IDF, which is essentially an optimized version of keyword matching. But medical records of traditional Chinese medicine has its unique linguistic characteristics, search results based on key words are not ideal. This article investigates information retrieval based on language model, andtries to use N-gram and RNN for each medical record to establish their own language model.Second, design and implement medical record system. This system is for medical record researchers and public interested in this field. It contains more than 40,000 medical records and provides services such as search for records, browse records by classification, display association rules among disease, medicine and prescription, read medical book, recommend similar medical records. |
