Currently, the domestic institutions of higher learning in efforts to improve the teaching of information technology, using the Internet to improve the depth of information has become the target of higher learning teaching. Relying on the Internet for online education, breaking the limitations of time and space, making educational resources exist in the world where there is a network can easily obtain that combines a traditional teacher-centered teaching mode single impart to modern network technology many rely on changes in the teaching mode, give full play to the students’ learning initiative to stimulate the potential of students, for students to provide favorable conditions for creative thinking. With the popularity of applications, network teaching in universities extensive network implementation, development and use of online teaching system more and more people’s attention. How to effectively carry out network teaching has become an important issue concerns the construction of teaching information technology, construction, network education system as the basis and key to solving this topic.This paper designed and implemented a Web-based network teaching system. The system uses the framework of B / S model, is an integrated network teaching platform, mainly by the user login module, student management, teacher module, the system administrator module. The network teaching system thinking J2 EE technology, MVC model, based on the use of B / S multi-tier architecture analysis, design, and ultimately come up with a new type of network teaching system solutions. Overall, this system is a system of three-tier structure, to achieve a separation of business processing and database processing, and overall improved security and scalability of the system.This paper introduces the related technology abroad related technology research and development status as well as the introduction of domestic system used. After the user requirements, functional requirements, system performance requirements, and other aspects of patients with the system requirements analysis, the overall structure of the system design done, on this basis, for each module is analyzed in detail, function block diagram of the system structure, designed a system database. Part of the system module, for analysis and design of the functional modules, each module has been realized, after the system was tested. Tests show that the system meets the design requirements.In the design and implementation of network education system, specifically addressed the J2 EE framework of how to use technology in this system, the system how to design the database structure, and function modules of the system to achieve the final design, and finally summed up the shortcomings of the current network education system and insufficient and some suggestions for its development.
