The users of "taxpayer terminal" are taxpayers or other public users. Taxpayers can not only inquire or apply for relevant information of tax related business, and handle tax online in real-time, but also receiving notifications, reminders, etc. from the tax bureau. While the backstage supporting service is used to complete the system daily management and maintenance, it consists of the following parts: the distribution of system authority; the project of the menu’s management and maintenance; the daily parameter’s management and maintenance,etc. It adopts a hierarchical authorizing mechanism, so as to assign different operating rights to different management groups. Different levels of managing rights have proportional access to different contents in their menu, providing the entire tax authorities with a service of distributing rights and managing warranty at all levels.
