At present,in China’s competitive industries, especially retail businesses isall over the floor in large population of the country.It almost reaches saturation.In particular, some large retail companies try to fierce competition over the rival and merge other small enterprises.It is necessary to adapt to market requirements,They should apply the information technology to the management of the retail business.The central thinking of ERP management system is the supply chain management. If retail business want to ensure their market share, it is necessary to establish the flow of messages between supply chain suppliers, sales agents and customers.Currently, competition among enterprises is no longer a competition between individual enterprises and others.It is the competition of supply chain of enterprise.ERP is born in the development requirements of this competitive situation.In this dissertation, with Oracle database design and implementation of ERP enterprise retail management systems. The main design of the retail industry ERP system, making it practical. And on the basis of the existing ERP system, based on some portions of the drawbacks and not suited for the business management of the system now exists for the second design, in order to optimize the structure of the system, improve ERP design and research. In this thesis, the final design, implemented a retail enterprise ERP system, it addition to the daily business, such as inventory management, purchasing management, sales management, financial management and other common functions, but also has a secondary development of simple and easy operation features. Finally, the system is also conducted in-depth functional testing, test results showing compliance with the anticipated needs.
