Design And Implementation Of Online Service System In Fujian Province

With the popularization of internet and the development of related applications, information construction has become the mainstream of modern society, the office of future government also need use information to keep pace with the age. The platform of each system is different, and they are lack of unified standards and norms, the data and information for all levels of government is relatively independent, there is no unified data sharing platform, data access and query is relatively complex, inefficient, which leads to low efficiency, high cost, which brings a lot of inconvenience to the public. In order to better serve the public, the information management departments of the government should actively promote the government system to integrate all of resources of different government levels, and strengthen cooperation and contact between governments at all levels through the data information sharing platform, and create more efficient, high quality service system to promote government information building, to achieve a conservation oriented, efficient government services. It is the most effective way to promote and improve the social information by government departments. It is the information of the government departments, which can provide a model for the society as well as the information of the society.Online service is an important aspect of information construction in Fujian Province, by the integration of online administrative examination and approval system and the online resources, and the support of business center at all levels, we build the province’s online service for the public to provide one-stop service, online reporting and results feedback, etc.This thesis first analyzes the current situation of the construction of government information in China and abroad, and introduces the current situation of Fujian provincial government information construction, then puts forward the construction of the province’s online service hall system. The main topics are analyzed from the function、performance, quality, public demand and other aspects of the need for the public, through the deployment of cloud platform to integrate all levels of online service resources to build public service platform from the provincial level to the city. The system development mainly uses the B/S architecture by the combination of using the SSH framework and Web services with the deployment of cloud platform and then use JAVA language to achieve the online service hall system base on Web, and the use of Ajax and other framework for the front pages, the construction of the hall greatly improve the efficiency of public service, and promote communication and information feedback, and then the government can serve the public better, it also strengthen the public service supervision at all, it can facilitate the public directly through the Internet anytime, anywhere. The application of information technology can also reduce the scene window, and effectively improve the efficiency of public service. In this thesis, the design and implementation of the system are analyzed in detail, and the development and deployment of the whole system is realized by using the relevant technology.
