Enterprises Finance Association Risk Graph Research

It’s more than 30 years since China’s reform and opening up. Market continues to open up, competition has become increasingly fierce. If enterprises want to survive they have to further reform. Guarantees, association, investments, purchase between enterprises increase gradually and become abundant. However, once the master of association relationship between enterprises is out of control, it will become a stumbling block to the development of enterprises and harm the interest all participants, undermine the financial security market, triggering systemic financial risks. This paper aims on the basis of enterprise finance association relationships’network, to discuss how to manage the risks of associated enterprise, as well as in enterprise finance association in cluster networks to find potential guarantee circle, the rate specific companies risk, and do the following related tasks:(1) Combine union-set algorithm with enterprise finance association pedigree analysis. Proposes an algorithm based on union-find set which classified disorder vast data into accurate pedigree in short time.(2) Based on structural clustering algorithm for network, proposes adaptive structural clustering algorithm, effectively improves the accuracy of enterprise financial association relationship networks’clustering results. And using proportional relation between edges and nodes, proposes based on steps GN algorithm (Givern-Newman), effectively reduces the time complexity of the algorithm. For potential guarantee circle analysis, rate enterprises inside guarantee circle.(3) From the user’s needs, completes financial association relationship network analysis and management system. Using python+mongoDB technology gives a concrete realization of the system which is easy to use, can solve the enterprise finance relation-ships management and analysis of application problems.
