With the rapid development of modern science and technology, the economy grew, the banking system became more complex. Each program in the system with quality of location, function distribution, maintenance of information about the relationship of application are essence of Bank Science and technology information as-sets maintenance, and those are the important component. Bank information maintenance is mainly dependent on distributed document management. This situation will lead to Infor-mation maintenance content is imperfect, lack of specialized centers in the relationship of application, the new design project will be scattered in various projects, that will lead to some problem as delay to maintenance the information, even some maintenance are artifi-cial. This thesis is written in the form of resolve several shortcoming as background for Bank Science and technology information assets maintenance, design application architec-ture management system based on word flow and Flex. This system merge several model of Band. Using work-flow engine-driven to complete this target and to demo by FlexThe main research work of this thesis is as below:The work-flow theory is integrated into the Banks systems, design an approval process, which is based on word-flow Bank structure management system. This system includes Ap-plication layer management, Application group management, Sub-application management, Application and project maintenance, etc.This thesis using Flex to explain and demo those approved Application layer, Applica-tion group, Sub-application, and incidence relation. Easy for users to adjust the size, posi-tion, and so on, to get the best experience.
