With the development of computer technology and the advent of big data era, the oil industry continues to expend the scale of production and the data volume of production increases in a geometrical ratio. The original VB system has several disadvantages including functionary defects, low efficiency, poor compatibility, backward data management mode, etc. In order to use and manage those information resources of production safely and effectively, it is imperative to upgrade network management system of production data and conduct data integration of data management system platform.The proposed system is elaborated in strict accordance with the software engineering process, i.e., system research, needs analysis, design and implementation, system testing, etc. This system integrates the C# language,.Net technology platform, combination mode of C/S and B/S, IIS server, AJAX asynchronous communication technology, Oracle10 g database and other technologies. This research focuses on the data integration, the design of system upgrades and achievements of some parts of system function. This paper comprehensively expounds the platform construction of development data of the Southwest Branch Company which includes Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi oil and gas plants. What’s more, this research also describes the organization and optimization of data function modules and the implementation of system upgrades. Thus, each function of the system is more suitable to practical needs required by Southwest Branch Company, in which the data structure is more reasonable, the data description is more detailed, the data flow is clearer, the operational efficiency is higher. This research also establish a web-based production information distributing platform which makes the dynamic information is richer and the system operation more convenient. Project preparation new "development data logic structure", "development of data center management approach" and "development of network database contingency plans", the success of improving system operation and management efficiency, greatly promoted the development of data unified management.The testing and trial operation of system indicate that the system functions and data operations are complete and correct, which achieves the desired results. This system has the following advantages: faster data processing, easy maintenance, user-friendly graphical interface and reasonable layout achieving user experience requirements. This paper conducts a comprehensive and detailed summary of the work carried out for the project, which lay the foundation for the long-term operation effectively of the system in the Southwest Branch Company.
