With the rapid development of the electronic information, Social informatization has become the inevitable trend. And as a large agricultural country, Rural and agricultural’s informatization also attracts much attention. Especially in recent years, with the Central Committee of CPC issued files of the construction of agricultural informatization, the construction and application of rural information system was launched extensively through the country, but the rural information management system based on mobile terminals appears lately, the field of application is also more fragmented, the scale situation is not formed, and also lack of effective overall operating mode, especially for mobile terminal platform rural communities, essentially a blank. Therefore, under this background, the article analyzes the current needs of rural communities in detail, design a rural community management services system of the mobile terminal for the rural communities life based on the Android platform.The paper discussed in-depth and detailed the requirement analysis of the Management and Service System of rural community, analyzed the functional requirements of the system using the use-case model, adopted C/S structure and MVC design pattern for a reasonable system architecture design then developed the mobile terminal management service system in rural communities with Android, JavaEE, MySQL, Tomcat and Jpush technology. The system consists of two parts, including server-side application and an Android App as client. The client communicates with the server via Apache HttpClient, and receive messages and commands from the server, then push corresponding content in JSON string format as response. The system has the following functions such as the login, personal information management, user management, publishing and dispatchment of work orders, processing of work orders, the feedback of work orders processing, archiving work orders, searching work orders, news management, residents of the community management, the information push function ect.,The thesis focuses on the database design and function of each module design of the system and functional modules in particular work order flow business module flow chart design, each functional modules were achieved by utilizing Android multi-threaded applications and Handler-Message mechanism, realized the server-side asynchronous loading of data, and use Android ListView adapter to achieve a list of actions and also contains simple scaling animation. Finally, the system push information with a third-party application platform Jpush technology to solve the problem of updating the data to find the slow lag.The community service platform makes social worker handing with the assignment work orders which published by the community management team much more efficient, and helps the community residents get access of the news and related information timely. After finishing the construction of the system, we conducted functional verification tests such as functional test, performance test and compatibility test etc., result shows all the system components are running stable, the client and server can interact properly, and all the design specifications are fulfilled.
