Service network construction is now confronted with a series of problems such as rapid new service springing up, frequent Capacity expansion, low resource utilization which is decision by the traditional "chimney type" construction mode system, it is difficult to change.Cloud computing technology solutions offer new opportunities for the development of service network,which can benefit to dynamic and ondemand allocation of the resource, Therefore can speed up construction process greatly,reduce the cost of construction and maintenance,and accelerate the developing and launching of the business system.Recently, not only Telcom-operators but also IT Company and some large industry are now deploying cloud-computing center on large scale.Acting as important means of cost-saving and profit-increasing, Energy conservation and emission reduction, Cloud computing technology solutions are now becoming a trend and gradually substituting the "stack" model。The main work of this thesis is as follows:Research on the Cloud-based Service Network mainly elaborate the architecture and evolution of Cloud Computing Technology introduction to Service Network.From that point of view of the value analysis, the risk analysis, the load factor analysis,the paper illustrate evaluation means to judge whether it is proper to migrate to cloud environment。We should base on the conclusion of evaluation to choose corresponding implementation strategy.The paper analysed the detailed design and plan of the cloud-based servie network resource pool.By means of proper quantitative assessment model and match model of phyiscis machine vs virtual machine,we can forecast resource demand of computing, store,network.Finally,we show a practical case of a Clouded-SMS center of Zhejiang Telecommunication to manifest the schem and effect of Cloud Computing Technology.By access analysis of Cloud-based Service Network,we deploy a new Cloud-based SMS center, it’s construction scale is 2500/s, in which the total load of CPU and MEM of the server decrease about 77% and 62.5% respectively compared to tranditional model by loadrunner test. Undoubtedly,cloud-based technology will greatly enhance resource utilization, reduce the cost of maintenance and quicken service deployment.
