Shanxi A Power Group is a large state-owned enterprise, which is affiliated with the National Grid Shanxi Electric Power Company. The group has a lot of subsidiaries, branch companies and complex business,which includes Electrical Power Company, Electrical Maintenance Company, Property Management Company, Engineering and Installation Company, Labor Service Company, Cement Works etc. among which the construction and installation, logistics, property, electrical, electrical manufacturing, rural electricity services, supplies, survey and design companies, mostly households and businesses are very closely linked. However, existing information systems within the group dispersed isolated system features a single, information technology foundation is weak, relying on manual data reporting, integration is weak, you can not achieve data transfer and sharing, can not provide more in-depth support for the overall business management of the Group.The State Grid Corporation wants to promote a collective enterprise information construction, Shanxi A Power Group decides to carry on the line of supply chain management system, to enhance materials management, to provide a more objective, accurate and complete basis for the leaders of company, which is configured to optimize the Group’s corporate resources, provides information support to promote the reorganization and integration.This essay mainly describes the design and implementation of supply chain management system of Shanxi Bright Power Group. It describes from the project background, needs analysis (implementation of the objectives, the application subject, scope, business requirements), business research (background research, business process research, departments and positions research), system construction, commissioning systems to focus on some key points. Through investigation business background, business processes and status, the actual business needs of users, I have had a better understanding of general situation of the enterprise. Firstly, the research objects are selected from corporate senior management, to know their aim at the line supply chain system. Secondly, key users. Last, the junior staff. In the business of an investigation, from various business sectors, a detailed understanding between various departments, business processes and job functions between the various positions. Then we must understand the content of existing enterprise business documents, use and transfer processes between different sectors, focusing on consistency, accuracy and normative data.System requirement analysis and system design are designed mainly according to the demand of preliminary investigations. System requirement analysis mainly includes implementation objectives, implementation scope, application of the main body and business description. In business description, it introduces procurement management, contract management, inventory accounting, inventory management and sales management. While, system design mainly includes the design principle, the technical route, the structure to comply with, the business view and so on. Implementation of the system mainly describes the system deployment, system testing, user training, data collection and management and rights management. The system deployment include writing system deployment plan and software & hardware procurement plan,installation and deployment of database system. Data collection and management includ data collection, sorting and input. The training object, training content, training methods and training results of the assessment to describe the user training.System test run is in order to find the problem in the process of the system, record and solve it. It is conducive to the success of the system running.System running need acceptance and support. System acceptance need acceptance documents, acceptance conditions, acceptance method and acceptance conclusion. We need a good service for user to get their approval after system acceptance. Key customer, customer information department staff and youyou implementation consultant support service.With the joint efforts of consultants and customers, we successfully set supply chain management system online, realizing the organic integration of information flow, logistics, capital flow, value stream and business flow; making the business data sharing and information exchanging in different departments possible, which improves customer satisfaction, and eliminates information island in the enterprise, achieving a great leap in information sharing.
