Design And Implementation Of Police Administrative Case Management System

Administrative case is very important in ordinary business processing of police department,which is the most part of all the cases.With the development of the city population and the business number to be processed,the traditional manual office mode relying on paper documents no longer fits the need of police department.In current information network society,to adapt the growing needs of comprehensive society control and crime fighting and preventing,a police administrative case management system fitting the police department reality is needed to be built.This system could improve the case dealing efficiency and law-enforcement level,which helps improve the situation that some grass-roots units still use the traditional way in their daily office work.In this paper,first the development and state of the police administrative case management system is introduced.The key technics,including Spring MVC and workflow engine used in system development are selected.Based on that,the business flows are analyzed.Communicating fully with the user,the roles and the relationship between which are confirmed according to the organizational structure of police departments,and a series of non-functional indexes are defined.Based on the technical strength and the past experience of the project team,the business,application,technic and security architecture are chosen.According to the functional needs,the functional structure diagram and the network diagram are drawn.The database design is given out then.In the last part of the paper,the function realization and the test of the system are given out.The design and realization of the main functions is mainly presented.The implementation process of workflow engine,massive data and fuzzy searching,and authority management are also given.The system is now running after test and deployment,which significantly improves the administrative cases management efficiency of the police department.The levels of security and informatization become higher,and the goals are achieved.
