In recent years, the mature of mobile information technology and the development of mobile Internet and popularity of intelligent terminals laid a solid foundation for the mobile management of Weifang bank. And this system uses java and is designed on J2EE platform through java. During the design process we adopt struts, hibernate and spring framework, and we use SQL SERVER 2012 to store the system’s data.The system’s background management business is divided into system management, loan application, loan repayment reminder, performance analysis and content publish.The system management includes user management, role management, job management, organizational structure, contacts, work logs and blacklist. The loan application includes application query, financial analysis, survey report and image acquisition. The loan repayment reminder includes loaned management, repayment reminder, collection management. The performance analysis includes intermediate business and entry performance. The content publish includes content center, news, announcement, price policy, knowledge base and knowledge sharing. And the business in client includes micro-loan calculator, loan application, loan repayment reminder, performance analysis, post-loan check and system management.The design and implementation of this system will make Weifang bank with a strong information collection and operation capacity. Through the real-time exchange between mobile intelligent terminal and background server, we can return feedback for the micro-loan information and save the time spending during the process of entering the paper documents. And through this system we can realize horizontal and vertical interoperability of mobile information network, and achieve the micro-loan business share and exchange throughout the region, and promote a joint development of the economy.
