Design And Implementation Of Small Micro Enterprise Loans System On German IPC Micro Loan Technology

For a long time, small and medium-sized enterprises, especially small micro enterprise financing have difficult problems. To solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country, we cooperated with the German international project consulting company (hereinafter referred to as IPC) since2005.To increase the speed of the issuance of loans and reduce the risk of default, it is needed to build a small micro enterprise loans system.Based on the study of German IPC technology concept, a small micro enterprise loans system has its main characteristics and technical core. The system uses DBZ database, Ajax technology, JSP dynamic pages, and the background uses the Struts three-tier software architecture. Besides, the system also uses Proxool connection pool, such as the Socket communication technology. Through the design and implementation of this system, we can greatly reduce the management cost and enhancing the working efficiency of the credit personnel.The system is according to the personal credit reporting standards of the people’s bank of research and development. As we all know, the system through the functional and performance testing can reach the design application requirements. The system also has good generality for other institutions.
