As social and economic development and technical fierce competition, the status of research and information in science more and more important. For the national grid network intelligence centers, research management characteristics are the business complex, large amount of information, statistics and complex. Using the Internet to research information platform to save, processing, statistical processing and other management operations, has become a safe and efficient management of the Intelligence Center’s research organization, helps improve management efficiency and effectiveness, and easy staff timely exchange of information.Aiming at facilitating information sharing and improving work efficiency, the scientific research management system of Network Intelligence Center realizes overall management of the research work, including project management, funds management, award management, patent management, paper management and dissertation management.The scientific research management system of Network Intelligent Center is designed and implemented in this thesis, which is divided into six parts:background issues, requirement analysis, system design, system implementation, system testing and summary.Some of the related technical issues are introduced in the background issues, including MVC pattern, B/S structure, the Web-based Management Information System, as well as the development tools and languages, such as the LAMP structure, PHP language, MySQL language, HTML language, Smarty template engine, SVN version control tools and scripting language JavaScript.In the part of requirement analysis, the target of the system is introduced, the information and functional requirements are described, and the data flow diagrams are given finally.The overall structure of the system, including the main function and workflow of each module is designed in the system design part, together with the database tables.In the implementation part, the main module of the system are described in details.In the testing part, some test cases and test results are presented.The thesis expirence is summarized in the last part.
