The Design And Implementation Of Light Path Scheduling Process Management System For Xinjiang Mobile

Optical path resource is the core of the network resource management of Xinjiang Mobile Corporation. The scientific management of the optical path is an important problem which is urgently needed to be solved by Xinjiang Mobile Corporation, and it is also the general trend of the modern communication network construction. With the fierce competition of network operators, the significance of the optical path is becoming more and more important, and the effective management of the optical path is more and more important. Telecom operators must pay attention to the management and scheduling of the optical path network resources. They must improve the management efficiency, in order to better meet the needs of the network social development.Aiming Xinjiang Mobile light path scheduling management status, this paper uses SSH framework technology and JBPM business process management technology to develop the Xinjiang mobile optical path scheduling process management system, uses the idea of software engineering to analyzes and design, and uses UML tools to build the system needs mold, design and implement function. Firstly, this paper use the case diagram to do analysis of the functional requirements of the system, and use class diagrams, sequence diagrams and collaboration diagrams to do the functional class design and system method design. And it designs the system database, and uses SQLServer2014 database management system for data storage and management. Finally, the overall function of the system is achieved.The system mainly implement four processes functions:the adjustment process of the optical path scheduling, the addition process of the optical path scheduling; the close-scheduling process of the optical path and the scheduling process of the trunk optical path. The adjustment process of the optical path scheduling is similar to the addition process of the optical path scheduling in these four processes, they implements these ten process steps:work orders creation, topplogy audition, scheduling audition, process order design, city company audition, province company audition, construction feedback, network maintenance confirmation, service opening confirmation, the order file of working. The close-scheduling process of the optical path implemnets seven process steps:work orders creation, city company audition, province company audition, construction feedback, network maintenance confirmation, service closing confirmation, the order file of working. The scheduling process of the trunk optical path implements the scheduling process of province trunk optical path and the scheduling process of city trunk optical path, the scheduling process of province trunk optical path implements five process steps:topplogy scheduling audition of province company, trunk path configuration of province company, intelligent sub-unit scheduling construction feedback provincial company, bill of lading acknowledges, the scheduling process of city trunk optical path implements five process steps:local cable configuration of city company, city audition, provincial network confirmation, municipal construction company feedback, city-dimensional network confirmation. In addition the system also implements my creation, my to-do, my managers, all the to-do, all the processes, work ordering query.Establishment of the system provides configuration tools for Xinjiang Mobile optical path scheduling, and enable the staff define optical path scheduling process according to actual work situation. It can manage light path scheduling process through the management information systems, and thereby reduce administrative staff workload, improve staff management efficiency, and enhance the service level.
