Economy globalization is a big challenge for the development of one company, and also for the financial management, which is one of the most important parts of enterprise management. Also, the rapid development of Internet has brought all the enterprises in communication industry a big challenge but also some uncountable opportunity. However, with the self-development of a company and the bigger competitors, enterprises need much more information to realize their financial management. Therefore, A communication enterprise have to be assisted by informatization to make its progress.The paper is mainly working at the implementation of financial part of the Oracle EBS for the multinational corporation---A communication enterprise, which inland subsidiaries use UFIDA and overseas subsidiaries use Quickbook. Owing to the data form the two different financial systems cannot be integrated perfectly, which makes a big problem for enterprise management level, even they cannot do the financial management from the corporation perspective. This work narrates the implementation of financial part of Oracle EBS in A communication company from the following aspects:Firstly, we should know about the implementation background of A company for Oracle EBS Financial Part. For example, we should know what kind of enterprise A company is. Which system she is using when needing the new system? She is in which period during her developemt. Why she needs a new system? Which kind of system can contribute to her development? Meanwhile, we should know the similar studies of foreign and domestic so as to get which parts we should pay more attention. And also, this part of this paper will tell you its main work, its goals, and its structure.Secondly, according to learn ERP implementation methodology, we can have the knowledge of how many periods needed in an ERP program and which work should be done in different period. Besides, we should choose the right ERP product for A company based on her industrial character and her own development requirement. When ERP product choosen, we should know what are the functions implemented in this program and also what work should be done when the program finished.Thirdly, the paper also records and researches all the problems exsiting in the Oracle EBS of A company and analyzes the reasons causing these problems. Also, it will present solutions have been provided on these problems. Moreover, it shows the problems caused by system itself, such as the imperfect of standard functions of Oracle EBS. On these imperfect, we do not find out any better solutions, but just use the ways provided by system.Finally, thank for the successful online of this Oracle EBS system. But still some problems exist, such as, the limitations of the system itself and the little knowledger and poor management of A company administration team. They do not standardize the management norm, they just get what the sub-companies give them. They do not find out criterion to get what they really need. On the limitations of the system itself, we just can introduce some other tools or system to satify their need. As for management, what we can do it to force management improvement.
