The Design And Implementation Of Community Gridding Management And Service System In Dongsheng

As the basic unit of social affairs management, community takes the role of bridge between resident and govment. Therefore, the development and construction of community is closely related to the life of residents, as well as affecting social harmony and stability directly. In these years, the information technology has developed at a incredible speed, which made the informatization become an important means of community construction gradually. How to use the information technology means, which can achieve dynamic, fine management, sharing resource, solving problems simply and improving service of government rapidly through the construction of digital community, become an important problem for govments all over the world.In this article, we take the community and residents in Dongsheng as the object, and get requirements from many aspects, such as residents management, housing management, and public opinion. According to these requirements, using the community griding management and services model, we construct an information system named "Community Gridding Management and Service System". This information system is an application of many kinds of information technology, such as three layer system architecture, JavaEE technology, Spring development framework, and so on. This system is also a Comprehensive information system, which involves information of map, population, housing, institutions, and community; which also use the application of GIS, GPS and vedio; which realizes the function of public opinion collection, collaborative processing, analyzation and evaluation.
