Along with the development of Internet digital technology, images have become more and more dominant in the process of the spread of social culture and that shows the beginning a new era of visual information. The wide variety of visual symbols captured our attention, gradually influencing and changing our way of information cognition and we have been involved in a world of visual culture. At the same time, the emergence of the Internet provides a more pluralistic, open space for the development of culture. Different cultures communicate through a variety of ways (video, images, audio, etc.) and all kinds of ideas were collision, interaction, thus creating many new cultural style. Cultures have shown diversification and globalization development characteristics in the network era. As a special cultural form in the social and cultural-youth subculture, in the network platform, is under the influence of other countries’animation culture as well as presents the new development characteristics, and has an influence on the development of the mainstream culture. Youth "cute culture" is a typical representative. Now, this kind of image culture has long been popular in the network and the reality, and is loved by most people.Network has greatly influenced and changed the youth way of thinking, behavior, values. "Cute culture" not only represents a kind of subculture form of culture, but also reflects a kind of social reality. This paper analyses the image transmission of "teenagers’cute culture" in the network era. This article is divided into six parts, the first chapter mainly focuses on the background, reviews of two aspects of "cute culture" "image transmission" as well as the definition theoretical basis; And the second chapter mainly analyzes the characteristics of adolescents’ cute culture under the network era, and the reasons for the formation on its external and internal aspects; In the third chapter, it selects some specific instances in the network to analyze the image transmission form in of the image transmission of culture and analyzes characteristics of the spread of Internet culture image. On the basis of above, the fourth chapter emphatically explores the teenagers in the cultural transmission of cultural image behind the problem of identity construction combined with examples of some of culture transmission. Finally, the fifth chapter explains that "cute culture" has gone from a youth subculture to the popularization and development trend of the mainstream.From the above analysis, it is no doubt that the image has become the most convenient favorable way teenagers to express themselves and for recognition. But when the image culture becomes a mainstream trend, on the one hand, over-pursue on image symbols is easy to walk into a lot of typing, homogeneity position which leads to people passively involving in symbols, and loss the ability to think rationally from image behind. On the other hand, parodies of culture as well as negative contents cause our thinking. Therefore, to rebuild a deep visual aesthetic perception and to grasp and weigh the freedom of "visual" have become a big problem we face.
