With financial industry growing up fastly,the rapid development of the economy and the widespread popularity of Internet, the relationship between the financial sector and information technology become increasingly close, the industry is rapidly advancing toward the pace of glo balization.The system of comm ercial banks also have been reformed to become more information and intelligent.For local banks, their main business revenue depend on credit, but this is also the risk faced by th e bank.Convenient and efficient management of the credit system will help to improve the income of commercial banks.However, for the development of credit business, the development of the business sector has not required manual management of credit risk. Therefore, the design and de velopment of credit risk m anagement systems is far-reaching.Based on the research background and significance of inform ation technology from domestic and foreign banks,finding th e current shortage of credit and risk management systems that exist in the constr uction of our local banks.In this issue, according to domestic credit and ris k management features, explained the necessity and importance of system development this dissertation raised a J2EE-based commercial bank credit m anagement system designment.Unlike traditional application development technology archite cture,J2 EE contains all kinds of components,service,architecture and techni cal level,which are all under unified standard.They have good compatibility,efficient development and stable availability.MVC(Model View Controller) design pattern applications divided into three core components:model,view,controller.B/S(Browser/Server)structure,known as the browser and the server architecture,in which user interface is im plemented through a browser.A very small part of the transactiona l logic is in th e client site(Browser).The main transactional logic is implemented in the server site(Sewer) to simplify the client computer load while reducing system maintenance and the overall cost.This dissertation analysed system risk management requirement and credit business.requirement based on th e credit business and its risk m anagement processes.By designing and developing cred it management and its risk m anagement information system,we master a deeper knowledge of J2 EE and SSH fra mework.In the case of the preventio n and control of cr edit risk at the s ame time,this dissertation provided the credit business management efficiency which can promote the growth of the economic benefits of the commercial banks.
