Credit business as a bank's core business, its importance is self-evident. The credit risk of the banking sector can not be avoided in the course of business reality, thus strengthen awareness of credit risk, recognize and to guard against credit risk is an urgent need to be considered by various financial institutions.The bank credit information management shows its more and more importance in various management. In order to strengthen the credit management, achieve bank credit assets of safety, liquidity and profitability; to improve work efficiency, ease the contradiction between hard credit management and credit personnel insufficient, improving the management mode, and make full use of the data and information of the credit behavior, improve the scientific prediction and decision-making to develop credit integrated management system with many functions using advanced computer technology and network communication technology has become urgent requirement of scientific management and methods and functions to face the competition.Based on the analysis of the demand for credit risk management and bank credit business process based on the concept of software engineering, it establishment of a system model, usage of case and business process models, the system completes its main modules of the whole system design, development and testing, general requirement to credit management system, credit risk management solutions. The business sector of bank credit has complex and large-span workload, the systems introduced the mechanism of workflow among which the workflow engine combined with the Struts framework, thus seperated the process control logic from business logic and formed an independent layer, a business Logic layer, process logic layer and data layer. The whole structure of the J2EE application server platform is based on Struts framework.The using of Struts provided Java Web three-tier organizational structure of MVC, and enhances the system scalability. The multi-mode architecture allows the system has strong scalability, versatility, compatibility and interoperability, and focuses on specific roles and functions on every levels. With the workflow technology and credit management business closely integrated, the credit management process in the definition of flexible, rapid application development is better solved. At the same time throughout the development process, the systerm uses VSS for configuration management and CVS for version control, Rational Clear Quest for test management.The system puts bank credit risk control in the core which is able to achieve the bank credit operations management, statistical reporting, decision support, risk prevention and other business functions well, moreover it provides all commercial banks, credit management, credit risk management an effective tool. The actual production applications of the systerm realized the credit risk management electronicly and scientificly, which greatly improved work efficiency and bring a good economic and social benefits.
