With the development of intelligent mobile terminals, mobile clients become more popular, currently Android has occupied the mobile devices market. As the development of the Android platform, it has many features, such as portability, flexibility and so on. It has become a new direction for computer embedded software development research. With the continuous expansion of the intelligent terminal function, the corresponding service operators are increasing, in order to satisfy the user’s needs, more and more mobile applications spontaneously. At the same time, due to become a major corporate office automation and government affairs department of the ultimate solutions to improve office efficiency, the mobile terminal with an effective combination of office automation has become a new direction for the various enterprises and government affairs department office development. OA(Office Automation) accompanied the evolving mobile terminals, as well as project management process increasingly complex problems. In order to be able to solve the real-time processing of office contents, coordinating the overall business operations and a number of government affairs office problems, we will make office automation combine with the mobile customers. Make full use of the mobile client mobility and real-time characteristics, related business to achieve a deal anywhere, not only to ensure the timeliness of government affairs office, but also to get rid of the shackles of space and time. Because of Jilin City Procuratorate are government departments, their business has a certain particularity and confidentiality, so the establishment of the mobile OA system platform has a certain complexity. The platform is built on the original Jilin City Procuratorate network platform based on the establishment of mobile OA office system platform, enabling businesses to integrate and improve the efficiency of government.In this paper, we design an Android-based mobile OA system platform Jilin City Procuratorate, we focus on the following aspects: Firstly, the architecture of the Android platform provides a brief analysis focuses on the basics of the Android platform, Android basic platform Several key technologies, such as a detailed description framework; Secondly, through the Jilin City Procuratorate business characteristics and office processes we can learn more and analyze for different users, so as to establish the overall design of the system architecture platform. In the design process, we will make use of Unified Modeling Language(UML), the design of different modules according to different user roles and operating procedures. Through OA between the user and the mobile platform modeling and analysis, the basic structure of the mobile OA platform, based on the structural design individually to achieve its function. Thirdly, we depend on the overall design requirements analysis and the overall designation of the system architecture platform, one by one in a modular fashion to achieve its functionality. We do the actual operation of this system, and it was evaluated in details. At last, we summarize and discuss the future development of mobile OA system platform.
