Study On Network-like Industry Chain Integration Of China’s Internet TV

Information revolution is penetrating into all aspects of the national economy, as information technology to facilitate penetration of the traditional industry TV industry is constantly differentiating and integrating new sub-sectors, Internet TV industry among them. From the beginning of 2013 Internet TV has been rapid developed. Integration of three networks making the entirely different telecom, television and the Internet industry boundaries become blurred. Cross and fusion occurs between the industrial chains. Three linear chains are evolving to network-like chain, for the growing Internet TV industry, its industrial structure and morphology are in constant flux and layout, frequent changes in the industry chain, and industry resources integration intensifies. How to promote the rapid development of the industry is becoming a major issue to be solved. This article focuses on exploring network-like industry chain Integration of internet TV.Firstly, this article defines the basic concept of the internet TV industry, and indicate the current Internet TV features and implementation patterns, trying to build the basic form of the Internet TV industry chain. Try to build a basic form of Internet TV industry chain, to analyze the differences between the traditional chain morphology. Through the current state of the Internet TV market analysis, summarized the enterprise shares and build network-like industry chain integration of internet TV model.Secondly, based on the history and current development of Internet TV, this paper analyzes the current Internet TV industry characteristics and problems, as foundation and prerequisite of necessity and feasibility of the industry chain integration. The analysis revealed that exist some problems like chain nodes scattered, uneven development of the industry chain, the policy system is not perfect and so on.Finally, according to the relevant theory, I propose measures to integrate the internet TV industry chain. Through the analysis of China’s Internet TV industry modular architecture, I propose measures of industry chain integration of internet TV, which combined with network-like chain form. From three angles of the industrial chain, knowledge chain and value chain on the industry chain integration, in order to promote industrial development and industrial efficiency purposes. In contrast to the case of Letv and Alibaba, testing the basic conclusions of the study.
