Design And Implementation Of Longjiang Bank Marketing Performance System Of Individual Business

This paper based on the authentic project of marketing performance of individual business in Longjiang Bank, expounding design and implementation of main functions, such as data collecting, performance calculating and performance searching.The assessment system of individual business performance includes five main function modules: the module of data integration, the module of parame ter maintenance, the module of reward computation, the module of display of report forms, and the module of system operation. All system functions include performance correspondence, claim relationship maintenance, data ETL(Extraction-Transformation-Loading), multidimensional prices, profit system, computational system, individual business performance detail, display of collection of report forms, log management, authority management and operation of system. Data ETL is key technology, which means the procedure of extraction, transformation, cleaning and loading of data. By defining data in standardized format, we adopt Data Stage JOB to transform data from source system to EDW, and finally to data market.The assessment system adopts design of B/S architecture and development frame of Wabacus. By this way, users could login and operate the system directly through browsers such as IE, Chrome and Firefox, without installing client of the system. Wabacus is a rapid development frame, which uses the development mode of statement-orientation to improve five times of development efficiency, and implement complicated system functions of data display, data logic and form processing.According to the business requirement and the prediction quota of system design, the assessment system basically implements demands of each function module, and provides with employees of the bank a system with complete functions, stable working, simple operation and friendly interfaces. The successful implementation of the assessment system online not only makes the performance information of employees explicit, but also it makes the overall planning of management department more convenient, and it is still essential for assessment of product benefit, management of business performance and modes of business operation in the bank.
