Modern logistics not only makes use of the advanced way of logistics resources organization, but also has the first-class management technology. So it has been considered the important "third source of profit", in addition to reducing the consumption of logistics resources and improving the logistics production of labor efficiency. Modern logistics takes operation mode of the integrated supply chains, a series of advanced information technology and advanced logistics management methods to make the logistics cost reduced, the logistics capital circulation time shortened, the enterprise monitoring ability strong and the customer satisfaction index and enterprise profit increased. The Logistics information is one of the important parts of modern logistics, which is playing a decisive role for the logistics distribution industry and the national economy undoubtedly.At present, Logistics distribution is weak in the real-time positioning and tracking of vehicles, in the real-time service that vehicles required for the sudden incident, in the dynamic scheduling of vehicles and the dynamic planning of the line, etc. This paper mainly aims at these weaknesses by using the LBS technology which can locate and track the freight vehicles, monitor the state of the vehicles transportation. When the vehicles in Distribution meet any troubles, The LBS can provide the necessary services that vehicles required. And on the Basis of the LBS technology, we can make the shortest route for vehicles, reduce the cost of the Logistics Distribution. The system can also provide the position and the loading information about vehicles for the Logistics decision maker, so that the vehicle dynamic scheduling is more accurate, the quality of logistics distribution is improving and the freight vehicle empty rate is reducing. This paper mainly completes the following parts of the work:(1)We analyzed and studied the background and topology of the system. So the research and development goals of this system is clear. We also analyzed and described the functional and non functional requirements of the system. And the flow chart is given to show the business process of the system. At last the contents of the system development were determined.(2)According to the demand of the system, overcoming the shortcomings and deficiencies existing in vehicle dynamic route planning of city logistics distribution system at present, this paper introduced the based on uniform distribution of adaptive ant colony algorithm of dynamic route planning model. On the basic of the location based service, we used the GPS positioning technology, GPRS communication technology, baidu map technology and communication technology of heterogeneous to get the optimization of parameters of the based on uniform distribution of adaptive ant colony algorithm. Then, process of the algorithm model in our system was described.And the effectiveness of the algorithm was also demonstrated by experiments.(3)We used the ideology of hierarchical and modular modeling to design thesystem of the system hierarchy architecture, module architecture, system interaction,communication mode, system function and the main business processes. Finally, we designed the database structure of the system.(4)We discussed the technology that development the system needed. And take the dynamic route planning for vehicles as an example to describe and show the business development process in detail. Last we make a function test and performance test of the system.
