With the rapid development of economy,China's urbanization process is expanding,and the urban population is increasing rapidly.At the same time,with the progress of science and technology,the Internet online industry developing rapidly,the demand of urban distribution market is stronger.However,due to the shortage of urban land resources,the more complex transportation network,the diversification of consumer demand and other factors,the logistics bottleneck at the end of the city's "last kilometer"is more prominent.Urban terminal distribution is closely related to the total logistics cost,distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction,and is a key service link linking the interests of consumers and merchants.The importance of urban distribution cannot be ignored.At present,there are many problems in urban distribution market,such as high distribution cost,low degree of informatization and low customer satisfaction and so on.With the rapid development of smart logistics,urban smart distribution has become an important development direction.According to the collection and investigation of logistics big data,the main reason for the low efficiency of logistics distribution industry is that the distribution function has not been reasonably planned.Among them,the most important influencing factors are vehicle path optimization and distribution center site selection.If an enterprise wants to improve its competitiveness,reasonable location of distribution center and optimization of distribution path are two crucial aspects.This paper researches the problem of location selection and path optimization of urban smart logistics distribution center by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis,equation model and comparative case analysis.First,this paper studies the theory of urban smart logistics distribution,distribution center location and path optimization,reviews the research status of urban intelligent distribution theory,expounds the development status of urban distribution,and points out the necessity of developing urban smart logistics distribution and improving distribution efficiency.Distribution center site selection and path optimization are important components that affect distribution efficiency.Secondly,this paper constructs the urban smart distribution system architecture,and summarizes the cost structure of urban smart distribution by analyzing the urban smart distribution process.Thirdly,based on the cost factors of urban smart distribution,this paper constructs a multi-distribution center site selection model and path optimization model based on the lowest cost target.Taking the data of a retail chain as an example,the LINGO 10.0 software was used to solve the site selection model,and an improved ant colony algorithm was designed to solve the path optimization model.The feasibility of the model and the accuracy of the-algorithm are verified by comparing with the actual distribution results,And from the system construction,technical support,management support and enterprise development four aspects of the city smart logistics distribution development put forward feasible Suggestions.Finally,it summarizes the whole paper and looks forward to it.This paper summarizes the main research results,expounds the innovation points and shortcomings,and puts forward the possible research direction of urban smart distribution in the future.
