With the rapid development of modern science technology and the Internet, intelligent community, intelligent household and intelligent home appliances have become an important part of our life.Smart home will be the development trend of future home. It not only can provide safe and comfortable living environment, people can remote monitor and control their home anytime and anywhere.Security is an important part of smart home system, fire prevention is the research focus of smart home system, also is the system research object.Smart home fire alarm system, in view of the existing intelligent household fire alarm system reliability and disadvantages such as poor stability, omission, misstatement, will look response sensitivity, higher applicability broader video fire detection system. Video flame detection system using camera monitoring on the spot, at the same time combined with image processing, pattern recognition, machine vision and other advanced technology to the image of the video image obtained from the content and target behavior analysis, to realize automatic fire detection and alarm.The main task of this thesis is to design and develop the fire alarm monitoring system based on DM642, including fire alarm monitoring system establishment and designing of hardware and software platform, and research of flame recognition algorithm. Decoding chip TVP5150 by CCD camera image is converted into digital signal into the Vp interface, run within the DM642 flame detection algorithm, the analysis and process input signal. If the fire alarm is discovered immediately After debugging and field experiment, the experimental results and the data show that the proposed algorithm can perform accurately and detect the video fire in real time which reaches the expected effect basic reach the expected effect.
