With the development of manufacturing industry informatization, by adopting the advanced manufacturing mode, effective integration and utilization of manufacturing resources, improving the core competitiveness of enterprises is the trend of the times. Cloud manufacturing as a network of advanced manufacturing mode, which can efficiently integrate and utilize the vast manufacturing resources, to provide users with various types of on-demand manufacturing services, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The key technology of resource composition as the cloud manufacturing service platform, has become the focus of the study content operation service model of cloud manufacturing service platform. But there is few research about the process-oriented resource composition and its resources conflict in cloud manufacturing. In this paper, for the resource conflict of process-oriented resource composition that may exist in cloud manufacturing, throuth the analysis of the relatitionship between resource exclusion relations and resource conflict, and between resource dependence and resource conflict, this paper studied the process-oriented resource composition conflict detection method in cloud manufacturing. The concrete research contents are as follows:(1) Through the analysis of the life cycle of the process-oriented resource composition, the characteristics and properties of the process-oriented resource composition are pointed out, and based on workflow model, a process-oriented resource composition model, Resources Service Chain Model(RSCM),is proposed.(2) Based on the analysis of the causes, characteristics and classification of resource conflict in cloud manufacturing, resource conflicts of the process-oriented resource composition is worked out, then through the analysis of the relatitionship between resource relations and resource conflict, a framework the process-oriented resource composition conflict detection of is put forward.(3) According to RSCM, the Effective Sub-Graph is proposed; through the analysis of the relatitionship between resource exclusion relations and resource conflict and properties of the Effective Sub-Graph, the resource conflict detection method based on exclusion relations is proposed; through the analysis of the relatitionship between resource dependence and resource conflict and properties of the Effective Sub-Graph, the resource conflict detection method based on resource dependence is proposed; then the effectiveness and correctness is proved through the experiment.Finally, the proposed technology and methods was applied to cloud manufa-cturing service platform for small and medium enterprises, the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by practical applications.
