Cloud manufacturing is a service-oriented networked manufacturing mode that can effectively integrate social service resources,respond to market demands faster and meet the diversity and personalized demands of demand side.Service resources composition optimization is one of the key technologies in cloud manufacturing.However,the interests of cloud manufacturing operation platform,demand side and service side was not taken into account in pre-existing researches on cloud manufacturing service resources composition optimization.Therefore,this paper conducted the research on the optimization of service resources composition in full consideration of the interests of all participants in cloud manufacturing.The main researches areas follows:(1)Analysis on the problems in the service resources composition optimization of cloud manufacturing including the composition structure,the characteristics,the task performance and the evaluation index on composition optimization of cloud manufacturing service resources as well as the key problems.(2)A mathematical model of cloud manufacturing service resources composition optimization was established based on demand-side satisfaction and the model was solved by an improved differential evolution algorithm.In order to solve the problem that there was less consideration on the dynamic change of satisfaction evaluation in the optimization of cloud manufacturing service resources composition.From the perspective of the demand side's interest demand,the timeliness of the historical evaluation data of the demand side's satisfaction is fully considered.The attenuation function of the weight of the time period is established.Then the satisfaction was comprehensively evaluated by the direct satisfaction and peer satisfaction in each time period.Finally a mathematical model was established with the cost?time?quality and comprehensive satisfaction as its decision goal.The validity of the above method has been verified by simulation experiment.(3)A mathematical model of cloud manufacturing service resources composition optimization was established to take the interests of multiple participants into account,and the model was solved by an improved non-dominated sorting differential evolution algorithm.Previous studies gave insufficient consideration to the execution ability of service resources in the optimization of cloud manufacturing service resources composition,which damaged the interests of all participants.In order to solve this problem,this paper build a mathematic model after comprehensively considering the interests demand of cloud manufacturing operations platform,demanders and the service providers.In this model,the response rate?reliability and maintainability were taken as the decision-making goals of the cloud manufacturing operation platform,the cost?time?quality and comprehensive satisfaction were taken as the decision-making goals of the demand-side,and the benefit demands of the service provider were transformed into constraint conditions.The validity of the above method has been verified by simulation experiment.The research shows that the optimization of cloud manufacturing service resources composition considering the interests of participants can meet the interest demands of all cloud manufacturing participants and ensure the smooth and efficient completion of manufacturing tasks so as to improve the operating efficiency of cloud manufacturing.
