With the vigorous development of the mobile Internet, the mobile e-commerce applications combined with e-commerce, LBS(location-based services) and intelligent equipments will have broad prospects for development. Taking the China telecom innovation incubation project " Best In enterprise mobile applications development" as the background, this paper designs an Android-based e-commerce mobile application named "E-Tour HK". Based on enterprise-level Best In web " http://www.114.com.hk/", the application "E-Tour HK" integrates the business needs and enterprise value of main stream nowadays, combined with many popular elements such as LBS,Mobile payment and O2O(Online to Offline),aiming to provide users with services in the fields of dining, shopping, entertainment, networking etc. in Hong Kong. So it is an important application of conforming to times development and business needs.With the enterprise requirements of China Telecom "Best In" e-commerce platform as a starting point and combining features of the mobile client, the client of "E-Tour HK" uses Eclipse + ADT(Android Development Tools) as its development tool.The server uses Tomcat6.0 as the tool, using My SQL to manage the data.Taking Java as its main programming language, the application implements important functions of commodity information display, users query search, purchase payments etc. The application client is divided into several parts such as Home Module, Surrounding Module, Purchase Module, Mine Module, Communication Module, Setting Module and Function Module.What’s more, this paper adds the electronic coupons consumption part,which completes user consumption with merchants, so as to reflect O2 O new business model concept.The application "E-Tour HK" takes C/S(Client/Server) model. The client puts user requests to the server, and gets the datas from the server so as to display the needed information in the application interface. As the support for the application, the server uses My SQL to manage data and make analyses so as to provide effective reliable data source. Finally, the paper uses the Hierarchy Viewer testing tool in Android SDK to take automated testing for each module functions, as well as stability and compatibility testing.
