With the development of science and technology, industrial production automation equipment in the production process of a gradual replacement of the people to operate,and the measurement areas are also experiencing this change. In the non-contact measurement and real-time online measurement field more extensive use of CCD,which also benefited from the development of CCD technology. Looking at the current CCD measurement field there is not a common platform for CCD research study, this paper proposes therefore to design a portable can be secondary development of common linear CCD measuring platform. The specific operation is the data transfer is measured and then by linear CCD to analog-to-digital converter to convert analog signals collected by CCD digital signal ARM can be processed while saving data to SD card,ARM will receive the data through the corresponding data processing algorithm and outputs the result to the LCD display, the touch screen at the same time by the operation control of the entire platform.Based on the design requirements of the platform, this paper mainly work in two ways. The first is the hardware design. The first is the overall design of the hardware,and then divided into a plurality of modules are single-module design. Chip-sized for each module to achieve the function, then use Altium Designer to draw circuit. The second aspect is the system software design. The first is the underlying driver software design, primarily CCD and A / D drivers. Because each type of CCD driving pulse timing vary, so to combine selected TCD1209 D driving timing for software design, and A / D have to drive similar to the CCD. Followed Design CCD data acquisition and data processing programs, which need to understand the working process of the CCD to design. The final step is to develop a GUI interface programming,GUI software focusing on migration.Through these two areas, to complete the platform of hardware and software architecture of the building, to create a prototype. The last is a combination of hardware and software for system debugging work, after each module debugging platforms can work, meet the design requirements.
