Following the high-speed development of digital television and the invention of the Remote Control with Payment Module, use it to do shopping on the digital TV, and it will become one of the best payment for the family environment.This thesis introduces the research background of the payment system, proposes a new type of solution of homepay system of digital TV based on the Remote Control with Payment Module, and gives a detailed design and implementation process. Firstly, it analyzes the security payment theory of this system and set forth the relevant concepts of encryption. Secondly, the system development platform OFBiz(Open for Business) is discussed. Thirdly the thesis designs the frame network structure as well as the foreground and backstage subsystem functions, describes the transaction process of each function.In order to meet the demand of the payment security, this thesis proposes its own solutions, including the key-security design and the payment gateway design. According to the key security requirement, we design the key-security subsystem, the process of distribution and the management of the key as well as the download process of it. The thesis also designs the interface between the system and UnionPay—Payment Gateway, discusses the transactions and the key exchange as well as the package process of the gateway.Traditional security system has main key, once any terminal's key has been got, then the whole system has completely cracked. A certain encryption algorithm has been used in this key-security system, it use a base array to create a random sequence generator, then use GuMagic to get a random sequence as long as the plaintext from the generator, computing with the plaintext and get the cryptograph. This system is a one-time system and one-terminal-one-key system, so it has good property on anti-attacks.Finally, the thesis sums up our work during the design and development, and discusses how to improve the system in the future.
