After nearly 30 years of development, private book industry has become an important part of the publishing industry in our country. Both the creation of Publishing ministrial and the bestsellers, private book industry have played an irreplaceable role, and become powerful force as important as the state-owned publishing. New Classic Culture co., LTD., as a representative of the private book industry, has a good reputation in the whole publishing industry, and its popular books brand is famous in the country.New Classic Culture co., LTD.(hereinafter is referred to as the "New classic") was founded in 2002. After more than ten years of development, the company has become the largest sector of planning and issuing private books now. It produces books, including foreign literature and Chinese literature, children’s books and financial self-help, etc, and has successfully launched The Little Girl at the Window, Little Reunion, One Hundred Years of Solitude, 1 Q84, Rich Dad, Poor Dad, super best-seller. In this thesis through the observation of the management practice of "new classic" in recent years, the publishing business activities are analyzed and summarized. In the first chapter, the thesis firstly introduces the research object of this article, the development history of "New Classic", development goals and business philosophy, secondly clarify the purpose of this study and significance, research status and research methods and ideas; The second chapter analyzes the product structure of "New Classic", it is concluded that the five major part of the product structure, respectively is: foreign literature part of new classic culture, children’s book part of love tree, Chinese literature and art, finance and economics literature plate October Beijing self-help plate reader and electronic publishing; The third chapter studies the "New Classic" distribution channel construction, and summarize the distribution channel of the construction of two ways, one is with the aid of existing channels, such as the traditional entity bookstore distribution channels and emerging online bookstore, the other one is building its own channels, such as the construction of "private clouds" and proprietary bookstore; The fourth chapter of the "New Classic" marketing mode is analyzed, and enumerates the resources situation of online and offline, and analyze the specific instances of classic books marketing research; The fifth chapter, summarizes the publication of the "New Classic" business activities for Chinese publishing industry brought by the enlightenment and thinking, make publication have cultural ideal, namely constant pursuit of economies of scale and scope economy and actively adopt the "moderate" management from three aspects.
