Design And Implementation Of Video Conferencing Client Information Management System

Video conferencing system could provide a more efficient way for face to face communication. In order to reduce the cost of production and improve of market efficiency and social benefits, more and more enterprises need such a management platform for communication. This platform can promote communicating between enterprises more frequently and make information sharing more smoothly. Video conferencing client information management system is an important component of video conferencing client and the upper structure of client system, which interacts with users directly. Therefore, this system not only meets the needs of users, but also enhances the user experience.The primary function of the video conferencing client information management system contains login registration module, conferencing management module,conference hall management module and system management module. Conference hall management is the core content of the paper, which mainly completes the function including interactive whiteboard, conferencing participants, messaging, noting,conferencing vote, sharing management, conferencing setting.In order to design a friendly interactive interface, the system adopts C/S structure and uses C# programming language for client developing. Researching on Win Form development framework, it designs the composite control in the system. Researching on GDI+ technology prepares for the interactive whiteboard graphics. Doing a research on viewing office documents and text editing principle on the interactive whiteboard, you can input and edit the text at any time, and edit them again when they are chosen, which overcomes the problem that the previous whiteboard design don’t meet the need. This thesis analyzes the system requirements, and makes a division of the function module of the system, then describe the contents of each module in detail. Aiming at each module of the system, the paper does the design and analyzes the processing flow, then designs the data structure used in the system. Finally, it finishes the system implementation and testing which show that the system has perfect function, stable and reliable operation.Therefore the system achieves the expected demand of users.
