TX company face a huge dilemma, Firstly, TX company operated as an independent legal entity after the corporate nature changed, from the financial support to the self-financing, this pressure on the business become new challenge for development of TX Company. Secondly, TX Company's organizational structure and operational characteristics result in demands of frequent meetings and training, this greatly increased the company transportation costs, became company's great financial burden. To solve the above problem, TX company leaders decided to introduce the video conferencing system, On the one hand, hope that the introduction of the system can well reduce the company's transportation costs, reducing the company's financial burden. The other hand, TX Company hope that the implementation of the system can optimize company's organizational structure, improving the company's quality and efficiency of staff.First, this paper analyzes the communications industry and company's basic situation, then detailed described the company's operational and management issues, finally, based on the grasp of information systems theory, organizational change and development theory and adaptive structuration theory, using case study methods, after the company implemented the system, the series of organizational and individual behavior were in-depth analyzed and researched. Mainly in two aspects dig:choose the appropriate information systems, information systems deep-seated impact on the organization.The results show that implementation of information systems will bring huge benefits, but also challenges. When selecting information system, organization must comprehensive consider of the organization's internal structure and external structure, selecting information systems in line with organizational goals, the adaptive structuration process is a cyclical process in which the organization continues to adjust to its structures as well as to structural changes. This study complements the information technology and organizational change theory, but also provides a reference to the decision-making and management processes for selection and implementation of information system.
