In the twenty-first Century, the production of traditional Chinese medicines with manual mechanization gradually realized the digitization and automation. The traditional Chinese medicine production technology is not stable, which will cause the characteristics of low content of active ingredients, invalid material, production instability. The traditional methods can not keep up with the rapid development of medical technology, therefore more and more specialists begin to pay attention to digital research of Chinese traditional medicine production. The traditional Chinese medicine extraction process is the first process in the Chinese traditional medicine production, but also the key procedure of drug quality. This paper focuses on the extraction of Chinese medicine, designing a digital extraction system with two tanks, which is suitable for the enterprise at home and abroad.In the digital Chinese medicine extraction system with two tanks, the production line of traditional manual extraction is developed into highly intelligent digital extraction system. The design of the system is divided into three layers: on-site system layer,electrical control layer and monitoring layer. And the system proposed an innovative extraction control system, greatly improving the efficiency of extraction. In addition, this system also introduced the system design of CIP and CIP cleaning system which can be, not removing equipment,used in the subsection cleaning step by step on the production line, saving the use of cleaning liquid, and prolonging the service life of equipment.In the design and development of monitoring system, monitoring system can realize monitoring, control, parameter setting and fault alarm functions. The system can dynamic display screen. Pressing the buttons can realize the following functions: calling history data, drawing real-time curve and parameter settings at the point of detection. In view of the liquid’s concentration can’t be detected directly through existing sensor, this paper puts forward an optimization model based on least squares support vector machines(LS-SVM), which can accurately estimate the density of liquid.
