The fiber laser has attracted considerable attention due to the characters including excellent beam quality, high efficiency, good compactness and air cooling etc. Because fiber laser has a limited output wavelength range, so good quality green beam which is produced by Yb-doped fiber laser and high efficiency nonlinear crystal expands the using fields of fiber laser.A master oscillator power amplifier(MOPA) structured double-clad Yb-doped pulse fiber laser was presented, the output center wavelength is 1064 nm, the pulse width adjustable between 53ns-147 ns, the repetition rate adjustable between 50kHz-200 kHz. Through external cavity frequency-doubling with KTP and LBO crystal, the green light visibly of 532 nm by fundamental beam of 1064 nm was obtained. The highest frequency doubling efficiency was 16.2% when repetition rate of 50 kHz and pulse width of 53 ns,the power of fundamental beam was 3.95 W and the power of green beam was 638 mW..
