Pulse fiber laser has a wide range of applications in the industrial and scientific research. Such as materials processing, medical, laser weapons etc. Pulse fiber laser has the advantages of small size, high beam quality, compact structure, high efficiency, high energy pulses, optical output, good heat dissipation performance and other advantages.In this paper, we input a lower power signal to generate a high power and high energy pulse Yb3+-doped fiber laser by MOPAs. We used a directly modulated semiconductor laser as seed to build the Yb3+-doped double-clad pulses fiber amplifier by two-stage LD-pumped. The input pulse signal of0.4mW is amplified to9.42W with center wavelength of1064nm and peak power of8.89kW. The optic-optic conversion efficiency of fiber amplifier was50%. and gain of fiber amplifier was43dB. We also contrast pulse shape of fiber laser with no serious distortion.
