With the rapid development of information and communication industry at present,base station and mobile terminal of global deployment was in explosive growth. According to incomplete statistics, the energy dissipations of the information communication industry ranked fifth in all industries. The concept of green communications emerged,important concepts of spectrum efficiency in traditional cellular networks in the current emphasis on resource conservation has been gradually weakened,and energy efficiency is mentioned in a lot of research papers.From the following aspects,this paper designed and analyzed the study and optimization based on the concept of energy efficiency in cellular networks:1. This paper firstly introduces the main measure in the green communication is carbon dioxide emissions,and for the general standards of efficiency to tradeoff whether the communication system is belong to the category of green communication has carried on the simple introduction. This paper studies the energy efficiency criterion,and then introduces the definition of energy efficiency,energy efficiency is currently not defined in the strict sense,but to adopt a common definition. Prior to the study of energy efficiency in cellular networks,firstly introduces some basic concepts in cellular systems,including communication process between the client and the base station,handover issues involved users in the area of mobile communications;then based on the cellular system as the background,combined with the concept of energy efficiency,parameters such as the quality of service is added to clients,build the system model for studying the simulation optimization.2. For the construction of a complete cellular system energy efficiency model,model of mathematical formula belongs to 0-1 integer programming problem. Because of its practical application in settling the urgent needs,studying integer programming problem has been the concern of many people. But there is no one kind of a universal algorithm can solve most of the integer programming problem. This paper introduces the current mainstream algorithm and compare the good points and bad points between them and their respective applicable types of problems. In this paper,selecting chaotic search algorithm for solving,as well as improved the chaotic algorithm,and the convergence of the improved chaotic search algorithm is proved,proved that the algorithm has its feasibility.3. For the cellular energy efficiency of building model,an improved chaotic search algorithm is adopted to solve it,and compared with the exhaustive method. Allow the scope of the simulation,under the condition of chaotic search algorithm which can be achieved with less computational complexity exhaustive method of solution,shows the advantages of the algorithm complexity. The comparison between the optimized result of the energy efficiency models and the rule of cellular networks are still in the connection,namely,the client is always connected to the base station which will provide them the maximum of the received power,is made. In terms of energy efficiency, we can see that the results after optimization has been improved significantly,accompanied by the decline in the quality of client service. Energy efficiency and service quality are the two factors of constrained network system,can only weigh to consider both. According to the actual needs of both cases focused extent to decide to raise which side, "sacrifice" which side.
