With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the energy consumption and environmental protection problems arouse more and more concerns from all walks of life. Thus, the concept of green communication is produced. But in the fourth generation communication system which core technologies are based on MIMO and OFDM, some problems like the increase of communication rate of users, the strengthen of users access ability, and the coordination of interference problem are further highlighted, rather than the problems of saving energy consumption and environment protection. Therefore, the problems of energy efficiency and green evaluation for the wireless access network in green communication are studied as follows.First of all, base station energy consumption models of existing are researched under the precondition of single cell scene. After the circuit power consumption, power supply, air conditioning power consumption and other auxiliary equipment power consumption are considered in static power part, linear power consumption model which is close to the actual circumstance is established. And energy efficiency analysis model based on the actual linear power consumption model is established according to the classic definition means of energy efficiency, namely the ratio of system performance and the total power consumption. At the same time, the relations between the different system parameters and the energy efficiency are simulated, and the reasons of the simulation result are analyzed. And then energy efficiency in system scenario placed relay station on the edge of the cell is simulated. And the energy efficiency is compared with the case of no relay, and the reasons of differences are analyzed.Then, an evaluation model of energy efficiency based on successful transmission probability is put forward after studying the existing energy efficiency problems analysis based on throughput. And through taking energy efficiency model of the single cellular systems as the research object, the value of the transmission power when the maximization of system energy efficiency function is realized is analyzed under the premise of meeting the minimum system throughput requirements. Then mathematical model of the throughput based on the interrupt probability is set up after introducing the concept of communication interrupt. And effects of the threshold of throughput for the interrupt probability are simulated and analyzed. And the system energy efficiency model based on the throughput model is established, and the impact of related parameters on energy efficiency is simulated and analyzed detailed.Finally, a green evaluation model for cellular wireless access network based on fuzzy mathematical is put forward. And the green evaluation factor collection of wireless access network is built based on the analysis of the simulation results of energy efficiency and spectral efficiency in cellular wireless access network. Three-demarcation method is selected to measure the relative importance of the green factor since its implementation process is superior to the 9 scaling method. The weightiness of the each green index in the various levels is confirmed by combining with analytic hierarchy process. Then the fuzzy membership degree matrix of green assessment factors is determined on the basis of the existing membership degree distribution function. The final order of evaluation is determined according to the maximum membership degree principle. Then an actual cellular wireless access network is verified using the green evaluation model built in this thesis.
