Infrared Dual-band target simulation technology is one of the most effective methods for evaluating the performance of infrared guidance system. It is mainly to simulate the ratio of the real target by generating tunable dual-band energy.Subwavelength grating has the characteristics of narrow band, high diffraction efficiency and high wavelength sensitivity. It has become the focus of the research on infrared filter devices. The main contents of this paper is to analyze the technology of infrared dual-band target simulation based on pixel fusion method, and to complete structural designs of several key components for a particular probe.Firstly, make research on the status of the existing target simulator at home and abroad and analyze their strengths and weaknesses. Then a new design called "pixel-based fusion method" will be described. Explain how the "pixel-based fusion method" works and decompose the key technologies in it. It contains three parts:sight generation technology, subwavelength grating filtering technology and projection technology.Secondly, the transmission equation of subwavelength grating is derived to obtain the mathematical relationship between the transmittance and reflectance of the grating and the grating parameters with rigorous coupled-wave theory. Through software programming, analyze the grating filtering effect of different grating parameters and design the grating structure according to the needs of dual-band detector probe corresponding. The paper provides the design method and completesthe 3.4~3.6μm and4.3~4.5μm dual-band infrared filter design with mosaic structure. The production program of the corresponding filter is also given.Again, propose the design parameters of the projection optical system based on technical indicators and resistor array probe seeker.Use software to optimize the projection design of a secondary image-projection lens. Then analyze the objective image quality assessment the tolerance of the projection.Finally, analyze the stray radiation ofthe projection system. Stray radiation analysis includes Lambert radiation analysis, ghost image analysis and internal stray light analysis.The final a check junction shows thatthe design results meet the requirements.
