With the progress of detection technology,the information and recognition rate detected by traditional single-band equipment can no longer meet the scientific and technological needs.Therefore,the research at home and abroad has changed from the traditional single-band detection system to dual-band or multi-band detection system.In the research of dual-band detector,the visible-infrared dual-band detector can integrate the advantages of traditional visible light detector and infrared detector,therefore,it can be applied to various occasions,such as night vision detection field and biomedical field.However,the pixel-level fusion dual-band detector can obtain more detailed information and is the most promising scheme to achieve low power consumption,small volume and high robustness.Therefore,it is necessary to study the pixel-level fusion dual-band detector.In this paper,the pixel level fusion dual-band detector pixel model is studied and analyzed in terms of the following points:(1)Design of pixel level fused dual-band detector pixel modelIn this paper,according to the actual design requirements,two kinds of pixel models,namely,the middle opening type and the bridge leg contraction type,are put forward,and the main performance such as infrared absorption,visible light absorption,thermal response and so on are analyzed.Meanwhile,the advantages and shorts of two kinds of model are contrasted.The pixel model has been designed with excellent performance: good mechanical structure,high infrared absorption rate(80%),high quantum efficiency(60%),short thermal time constant(8ms)and short current response time(20ns).Completed the detection image component level design.(2)Multi-physical field simulation of pixel-level fusion dual-band detector pixel modelIn order to further study the intermediate open pixel model proposed,COMSOL finite element simulation software are used to carry out the optic-thermal-electricmechanical multi-physical field simulation.In order to obtain the optimal pixel-level fusion dual-band detector pixel model,opening size,micro-bridge height,thermal layer thickness,bias signal and stress value,on the performance of the pixel model were analyzed.The physical level design of the detector was completed.(3)The study of the detector pixel equivalent circuit modelAccording to the pixel level fusion dual band detector pixel model proposed in this paper,the pixel equivalent circuit model is constructed,the effect of equivalent heat conduction capacity on the output performance of the circuit model is analyzed.Meanwhile,the electrical simulation software is used for simulation and analysis.The output results are compared and verified.The proposed circuit model lays a foundation for the subsequent system-level design.Based on the above pixel-level fusion dual-band detector pixel model research,this paper established its physical model and equivalent circuit model,and simulated and verified the model using simulation software.The device level design,physical level design and part system level design of the detector system are completed.The model and simulation have a certain research value for the research of multi-band detectors in China,especially for the research of visible-mid-far infrared dual-band detectors.
