Crisis Management Research Of Military Industrial Enterprises Library

Military industrial enterprises library, which plays a vital role in national economy development, national defense of weapons and equipment and technology innovation, giving support to information security, is an important part of Chinese librarianship. With the rapid development of information technology, military industrial enterprises library has to face many unprecedented questions about how to survive or develop. Also, the functions of library are becoming dim, for instance, funding cutting, area reduction, less readers, or status marginalized.Before studying this topic, I designed some kind of questionnaires, include investigation table of resource construction and customers’ satisfaction-degree, questionnaire of intelligence information needs, and questionnaire of library Crisis Management, that helped us to inductive. On the basis of these real samples, building a library crisis management model, I put forward some managing strategies through analyzing.In this paper, I use literature research method, questionnaire survey and method of statistical analysis, model analysis method. Based on these methods, combining with questionnaires and real samples, crisis management research of military industrial enterprises library has not been studied yet. Management departments should pay more attention to the crisis, and hoping that they use these strategies as a reference in order to promote the development of military industrial enterprises library.
