According to statistics, among the country 100 extra-large fire in which one-time death is more than 10 people in recent 10 years, more than two-thirds of them get the problem of existing fire channel block and water shortage of fire hydrant facilities. When the fire broke out, how to ensure fire fighting vehicles arrive in time and the steady supply of water to reduce the economic loss and casualties from the fire, which has been the urgent need to solve the problem. However, the existing single video monitor has the following defects: 1) The only function of video remote view, serious omission and misstatement because of away from the scene; 2) The staff labor intensity is big, the personnel on duty keeping a close eye on video to judge the violating of rules and regulations; 3) The supervision is vulnerable to regulators work status and subjective influence, the personnel on duty rest or visual fatigue, and even personal emotions affect regulation, which cause the omission of false is serious; 4) The intelligent degree is low, which regardless of intelligent identification, analysis and processing functions and lack of the function of timely, automatic alarming, automatic retaining evidence. The paper designs and implements a set of fire control safety IOT remote monitoring system based on Internet of things, combined with the development of intelligent fire safety monitoring system at home and abroad. The main work and results show as follows:(1) Requirements analysis and system functions design. Combined with the current development of fire safety monitoring system at home and abroad, we put forward specific function designs in the paper. Based on the relevant research and technical feasibility of the scheme, we get the feasible technical indicators and the design goal.(2) System design. The system is based on IOT architecture. Firstly, The model uses the front intelligent recognition to acquire the fire escape and fire water pressure condition data for automatic judgment in the perception layer. Secondly the judgment and result will be uploaded to the backend management side by the network layer. In the end, we will achieve the intelligent monitoring and management functions of the channel and floor water pressure real-time in large area in the application layer.(3) System implementation. The front-end acquisition device is designed and implemented based on Hi3515 and STM32 series controlling chip, which complete the channel image data and the hydraulic state data acquisition and logical judgment. The controlling chip performs the data transmission by controlling the MG509 and MG323 communication module to upload the monitoring data to the backend server. The background management platform is developed by using the Mysql and.NET framework technology, which completes the fire escape and fire water pressure data storage, display, monitoring, and management.(4) The overall validation of system. We test the system using the front and back alignment pattern in the paper. According to the test results, the system real-time monitoring of channel and building water pressure is relatively accurate in the actual environment. Among them the hydraulic precision is above 98%, according to different weather conditions, the monitoring system of fire escape detection rate is over 90%. At the same time, the system is also perfect in the aspect of system management, system Settings and alarm processing functions, which makes the system to possess more powerful background management ability.As a support system for fire control safety monitoring system, the design and implement of design and implementation of fire control security remote monitoring system based on IOT in the paper will play a positive role in the future.
