With the continuous improvement of the consumption level of agricultural production and labor transfer, agricultural inevitable intensive production and management. The number and size of modern deer farming enterprises rapid development, but due to the lack of tradition to raise deer enterprise industrialization level, farm staff of technical level, breeding technology and production process management and other aspects. The level of industrialization of farming enterprises low, is still dominated by the traditional experience of production, lack of quantitative index and supporting the integration of technology, aquaculture equipment science and technology content low, is still dominated by human, high labor intensity, high labor costs, production efficiency, intelligent level low cause breeding environment bad, affecting the yield and quality.This project intends to apply the Internet of things technology in deer products in the process of production, management, implement scientific, information, automation deer breeding. Automatic control system including deer growth environment, deer precise feeding control system, digital information integrated service management platform.The paper mainly is the wireless sensor network technology, data mining and expert system technology, the embedded intelligent control technology and agricultural products traceability technology applied to the production of deer products, packaging, storage, logistics, using a variety of sensors to collect raw materials testing link, raw material pre-treatment, product processing and environment link, link of sterilization and product transportation environment parameters of technology and intelligent control system research and development of low cost, combined the technology of Internet of things of deer products throughout the production, storage and circulation environment monitoring. Development of remote video monitoring system to fully monitor of deer products, at the same time using the Internet and mobile, mainly in the production workshop environment information sent to the client terminal, realize to monitor in the whole process of the production and the deer precision of product quality monitoring.Using the video monitoring system of all-weather monitoring every link in the food processing and testing, combined with the HACCP system of deer products raw materials procurement, production and processing, deer products circulation and so on each link to supervise and control, through the food chain of deer products of each link in the hazard analysis, establish the key control points, critical limits and control technologies, to reduce the unsafe factor in food supply chain, achieve to minimize the damage on the whole deer products production chain, to ensure safety and improve the quality of the products throughout the food chain, through industrialization demonstration to promote industry progress at the same time, enhance the level of industry safety in production technology.Promoting animal health cultivation, aquaculture safety, high quality, high efficiency and no pollution production, realize deer feeding automation and intelligent, generally built accurate feeding system, according to the science of deer feeding formula through software for data processing, science to guide the deer breeding. Relying on the modern information technology to realize the transformation and upgrade of aquaculture industry, realize the automation, precision, intelligent production and management of the aquaculture. Effectively reduce labor costs, improve production and quality.
